At Turning Point, we pride ourselves in continually striving to achieve outstanding support for people across England who have learning disabilities and/or Mental Health issues. We now have an opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join our existing team as an implementation and transformation partner.

Role Responsibility

You will need to have sufficient knowledge of either learning disability or mental health to be able to work with operational managers to enable the implementation of a new a Mental Health or Learning Disability Service, or to work with managers to enable the change and transformation of existing service.   

Experience of delivering projects, for example service improvements, developing teams, implementing new services or packages of support is key.  Experience of using project management tools is an advantage, though not necessary, as full training will be offered to the successful candidate.   

This is a senior role and as such, the post holder may be assigned to take on any senior management task asked of them, e.g. Supporting operational management, investigations, development of tools and resources. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate ability to self-direct & develop, manage a varied workload, be able to identify and escalate risk, be solution focused and have a problem solving approach.

Above all, you must be able to work well across a spectrum of stakeholders, including PWS, families, commissioners, as well as managers of different functions across Turning Point. With a proven track record of working within a busy team, you must be person centred and support our Vision and Values to enable us to grow at a pace we can implement safely. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and has been successful in a similar role.

We will develop and support you in this role and you will be based from home, with the expectation of travel and occasional overnight stays where required, to our learning disability and mental health services across England.
