This rewarding and varied role will support our service managers through a variety of administrative tasks - from generating and processing invoices to dealing with newsletters, travel, accommodation, post, stationery, petty cash, minute-taking as well as visiting the people we support with learning disabilities in their own homes to audit their financial records.

The Ideal Candidate

What skills and qualities do I need to have?

We’re looking for a confident communicator who knows how to prioritise a varied workload; somebody who can welcome the people we support and also provide wide–ranging administrative support.

You must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and gather management information, and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be highly organised and a real team player, with keen attention to detail, and a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Running services on a not-for-profit basis, we invest every penny back into our care and our people. If you are looking for an administrative role where you will be able to develop your skills and career and help to make a big difference in your local community, then this new post we have available  could be for you.
