Turning Point is looking for a positive, open-minded, and motivated individual to join our team as the Sexual Health Marketing Executive to support our Sexual Health Marketing Manager.

This is a 3-days-a-week hybrid role, working from home 2 days a week with one required day a week in our main London office. However, as this position will be providing marketing support across our different sexual health services, occasional travel is required to the relevant London boroughs as part of the 3 days.

Main Responsibilities

As the Sexual Health Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sexual Health Marketing Manager to deliver impactful marketing and communications across our sexual health services. Your work will help connect people with the vital support we offer, making a real difference the communities we work in. You will do this through:

• Campaign Support and Coordination
   Assist the Sexual Health Marketing Manager in coordinating and actioning marketing resource requests from Turning Point’s various Sexual Health services.
• Multi-Channel Campaign Delivery
   Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, including social media, video, photography, website content, email, posters, and leaflets.
• Strategy and Research
   Support the development of marketing strategies and achieving KPIs by providing desk-based and in-person research and data driven insights.
• Community Outreach Collaboration
   Work closely with Sexual Health teams to promote outreach activities, including providing in-person marketing support at events. 

The Ideal Candidate

This area of Turning Point is dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of the people we support. It’s a space where creativity, compassion, and agility come together to make a real impact! To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience of working in marketing or communications, and independently managing social media accounts

• A genuine passion for supporting people with their sexual health and wellbeing, and helping them discover new possibilities in their lives
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and how to apply them across different channels and formats
• A proactive, open-minded outlook, with a curiosity to learn, ask questions, and grow your skillset 

We’re also looking for:

• Practical skills in Canva, copywriting, and other creative platforms
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Passion for sexual health education, awareness and wellbeing
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse audiences
• A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for being part of a kind, positive, and energetic marketing team

While sector experience isn’t necessary, an understanding of the needs of the people we support regarding sexual health and wellbeing is preferred.
