Role Responsibility
Working within the substance misuse services in Suffolk, you will be engaging with a wide range of staff including support workers, recovery workers, managers, clinicians as well as other trainers within Turning Point and external training providers to ensure that learning and organisational developments interventions meet the needs of our service. Talking to staff regularly, facilitating training, booking learning interventions, using our Learning Management System, as well as working with our central training team and other internal trainers as well as external training and qualification providers.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience of recovery practices, procedures, and competencies in Substance Misuse and the successful candidate must have experience of delivering Substance Misuse training and implementing employee development and training programmes.
