Team Manager – Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership

Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, a vibrant new partnership delivering substance use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire from April 2024. Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership is delivered in partnership between Turning Point, Framework and Double Impact. The partnership combines Turning Point’s national experience as an outstanding substance use provider together with Double Impact’s specialism in lived experience and recovery and Framework’s expertise supporting service users with complex issues.

Our ‘Recovery First’ model underpins everything at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, with lived experience recovery fully integrated and visible throughout. Lincolnshire’s residents will benefit from Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership’s highly integrated and highly localised approach, supporting with multiple issues across all parts of Lincolnshire,

As a Team Manager we offer a starting salary of £34,125 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £39,921 per year. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).

Role Responsibility

As Team Manager you will have overall responsibility for the operations of the Lincoln Hub.  You will be a visible leader within your team, providing practical and visible leadership throughout the day. You will work collaboratively with other Team Managers and Team Leaders you will ensure high quality treatment is delivered in a person centred and engaging way.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating a duty manager process within the Lincoln hub with an allocated manager responsible each day for the running of the hub and the chairing of the hub flash meeting;
  • Co-ordinating rotas ensuring coverage for all interventions including needle and syringe provision, duty cover, assessments, group delivery;
  • Working collaboratively with the Clinical Services Manager to ensure clinical interventions within the Lincoln hub are co-ordinated;
  • Working with the Admin Team Leader to ensure all aspects of Health and Safety within the hub are managed;
  • Line management of the Lincoln Team Leader and a team of Advanced Recovery Practitioners and Recovery Workers in Lincoln;
  • Ensuring practitioners within the Lincoln team deliver high quality treatment interventions in line with Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership’s Treatment Pathways;
  • Ensuring high quality performance working in collaboration with the Data and Performance Manager;
  • Working collaboratively with Quality and Governance Manager, Safeguarding Manager and Training and Practice Lead to ensure a culture of learning and continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Demonstratable leadership skills and flexible and adaptable leadership style;
  • In depth understanding and ability to operationally and performance manage the functions of the team I lead;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written). Ability to adapt to respond to staff, commissioners/partners and people we support;
  • Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in high pressure environments;

Desirable:

  • Previous experience managing similar service/team
  • Management qualification or equivalent
