Role Responsibility
Supported by the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the management team within the Locality. You must be a dynamic and creative individual with a strong ability to form and maintain partnerships with key local organisations in the area.
With excellent attention to detail, you will ensure high quality performance of your team who deliver drug and alcohol treatment to around 1500 service users in the area.
As well as managing a team of around 8-10 staff, you will be responsible (as part of the team) for managing all the operations within the ROAR hubs. You will support staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered including assessments, one-to-one key-working, groups and clinical interventions. Your role in quality assurance will be key to supporting the service to maintain its CQC good/Outstanding rating.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstratable leadership skills and flexible and adaptable leadership style;
- In depth understanding and ability to operationally and performance manage the functions of a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written). Ability to adapt to respond to staff, commissioners/partners and people we support;
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills;
- Ability to remain calm and resilient in high pressure environments;
- excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with staff, partner agencies, commissioners and the people we support.
Desirable:
- Previous experience managing similar service/team
- Management qualification or equivalent
