A background in coordinating in an environment supporting vulnerable people is essential. Experience of service planning and ensuring that services are well positioned to meet contractual requirements would also be advantageous. You will also have experience of working with people with mental health needs. You will be required to work flexibly which may include some evenings/weekend/shift work as required and be part of an on-call rota.

You’ll need previous relevant experience of using a person centred approach in a mental health setting and a good understanding of the complex needs of individuals we support You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative.  Experience of working with individuals who have forensic histories would be an advantage.
