Service/Implementation Manager - Commercial Ventures

Job Introduction

Do you have what it takes to implement a new UK-wide service? Do you have interest and experience managing people? Are you interested in Social Prescribing and connecting people to community services and ‘assets’? Turning Point is recruiting a Service/Implementation Manager to help start an innovative service working closely with a large multi-national company.

The Ideal Candidate

The role is home-based but may have limited requirement to travel once a quarter or so. Turning Point’s Commercial Ventures Department (Rightsteps) works with 100’s of different businesses to find employee wellbeing solutions that meet their need. The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ approach to find solutions when deploying a new service. They will lead a small team initially and then build as the services expands across the country. Experience of working in a fast pace non-health and social care work environment, especially logistics, is a bonus. Experience of managing people and new projects/initiatives is also essential.
