Service Administrator - SDAS

Job Introduction

Part Time – 30 Hours Per Week

As an Administrator with SDAS,  you will provide wide-ranging administrative support, including clinical administration to our team, so that they can focus on delivering person-centred services that enable our service users to achieve their potential.#

Role Responsibility

Based at our Taunton office you'll support the operations team by maintaining accurate records and helping us to continually improve our performance. Offering plenty of variety, this rewarding role will also involve raising and changing prescriptions as instructed by the prescribers, generating prescription batch runs, logging prescribing information on client prescribing records, posting prescriptions to pharmacies, completing clinic letters, data input of new client information into client database, minute taking, generating and processing invoices, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ordering supplies and petty cash.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload and provide high quality administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, agency professionals, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets.
