Senior Operations Manager
Turning Point is looking for an experienced operation manager to lead its Somerset service. This vital role will be expected to manage a multi-disciplinary team supporting residents, their families and the community around the issues caused by substance misuse. We are looking for an individual with proven leadership skills who has managed large teams and services before.
- To manage and understand a variety of roles including, well-being workers, support workers, nurses and doctors’.
- Maintain and develop good commissioner relationships..
- Manage sub-contracts and external partnership with a variety of diverse organisations.
The Ideal Candidate
CQC and quality assurance experience as there will be a requirement to be a CQC Registered Manager for the service
Have experience in the management of budgetary and performance issue as well as a variety of other contractual requirements.
Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Demonstrate a strong track record of embedding quality assurance systems and processes.
Experience of managing clinical services
