Turning Point is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead its Somerset Drug & Alcohol Service.

Role Responsibility
In this vital role you will be expected to lead a multi-disciplinary team working across Somerset, continuing to develop and innovate whilst delivering outcomes for our service users. We are looking for an individual with proven leadership skills who has managed large forming teams and services before within substance use.
The Ideal Candidate
It is essential that the successful candidate can evidence the ability:
- To manage and lead a variety of roles including, recovery workers, managers, nurses and doctors
- Have experience in the management of budgetary and performance, as well as a variety of other contractual requirements
- To be the forefront of driving leadership across multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain and develop good commissioner relationships
- Manage sub-contracts and external partnership with a variety of diverse organisations
- Demonstrate a strong track record of embedding quality assurance systems and processes
- Experience of managing clinical services
- To lead a team through continued service development and innovation
- To have the skills and ability to be the CQC Registered Manager for the service
