Senior Administrator – ROAR

Job Introduction

Turning Point is a leading Social Enterprise which supports people with a wide range of complex needs across Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Substance Misuse and Public Health. We are currently recruiting to work in our Rochdale and Oldham Active Recovery (ROAR) Substance Misuse Service as a Senior Administrator where you’ll have the chance to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support who are experiencing difficulties from drugs and alcohol usage.

Role Responsibility

Supervise and support the smooth running of own specific area in keeping with regulations and Turning Point’s policies and practices in order to provide efficient and high-quality service. Provide a comprehensive administration service by working closely with the Senior Management Team and where appropriate, other colleagues to support and coordinate activities as required at both service Hubs.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced senior administrator who is a confident communicator who can prioritise a varied workload and provide wide-ranging administrative support – and it’s vital that you’re able to achieve this without losing your methodical attention to detail. It would be an essential to have knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and other Microsoft systems and you will be trained on our data systems.

Although, time management, organisational, IT skills are just as important as your communication and people skills. Dynamic and driven, you’re someone with a naturally positive disposition and will fit in well in our team.
