Role Responsibility
This post will be based within our admin team and will support the Admin Team Leader and wider service. - Provision of client system training
- Recognise and understand local processes and provide effective system support to staff
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting, including data submissions

As a Senior Administrator within the service you will be required to cover general administrative roles as necessary and ensure appropriate cover in partnership with the Admin Team Leader.
This role is based at our Hereford office, although flexibility will be required to provide admin support at several hubs across the county. This is a very varied role so you will need to be flexible and adaptable and be willing to take on a variety of roles as no two days will be the same.
The Ideal Candidate
If you are an experienced data professional or administrator with great Excel skills looking for a position that suits your skillset, we want to hear from you.
You will be data driven with an eye for detail. You will also have excellent communication skills and will be capable of building good working relationships with colleagues, service providers, commissioners, and other stakeholders.

Your time management, organisational, IT and data analysis skills are just as important as your communication and people skills. Dynamic and driven, you are someone with a naturally positive disposition and will fit in really well within a team.
