Job Introduction

You will be based in our Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea- Mental Health Supported Accommodation, where you’ll guide and inspire the night team to support individuals with mental health diagnoses on their journey to recovery.
You will be ensuring quality of service is offered to our residents by implementing the recovery model, you’ll make a significant impact in our residents’ lives, fostering a supportive environment.

Role Responsibility
Join our team and you will be working within the supported accommodation, responsible for supervising night team and to have your own caseload, undertaking supervisions, also, supporting residents and formulating risk assessments, putting effective personalised, recovery-based care and support plans in place.
In a role where no two days are the same, you will engage with our residents through group work and activities that may involve recovery principles and will be providing individual support to enable the residents to make informed choices about their future.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week, in a shift pattern which ensures the service is staffed 7 days a week.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll need previous relevant experience of using a person-centred approach in a mental health setting and a good understanding of the complex needs of individuals we support. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative.
Experience of working with individuals who have mental Health diagnosis would be an advantage. An effective team player, with a proven track record as a supervisor/line manager. You will possess excellent communication skills, a flexible recovery focused approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
