The role will require you to offer support face to face and remotely by telephone or online.

The Ideal Candidate

You will work as part of a team within the Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Crisis Service.

You will need excellent interpersonal communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding and empathy, providing advice and emotional support to individuals. You will have the ability to deal effectively and calmly with challenging situations.
