Organisational Development Consultant

This is a great opportunity to join the Learning and Organisational Development team are working to enable the Turning Point vision and values through ensuring the right skills, behaviours, culture and conditions are in place that allow our colleagues to thrive.

Role Responsibility

We are currently looking for a talented Organisational Development Consultant to join our team who will work across the business developing interventions that support the right conditions for our colleagues.

This is an exciting role working within a fast paced, progressive people team which will include:

  • Diagnosing, designing and delivering OD interventions that have had meaningful impact.
  • Applying diagnostics tools to and techniques to analyse and better understand the organisation.
  • Use of data, insight and techniques to complete organisational gap analysis and make recommendations.
  • Through using a range of activities create initiatives that help the organisation move towards it’s desired culture and climate.
  • Work alongside the HRBP team to progress effective and well embedded change.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Experience of Organisational Development ideally within a health and social care setting.
  • Have experience of culture and behaviour change.
  • Use of evidence-based practice to make recommendations that fit the organisational needs.
  • Understanding of good change management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

This position supports a blended working approach to enable home working by arrangement although there will be a requirement to work from the office as required.
