Interim Strategic People Partner

We are looking for a dynamic, resilient and influential Strategic People  Partner (interim) to join our People Partnering and Talent Team, who has strong commercial experience, working within complex, multi-site / contract operations, not necessarily within the Health and Care sector. Having led on both strategic people projects and change management, been the trusted advisor and influencer to senior business leaders, which has resulted in positive business outcomes and being comfortable working at all levels across the people function.

Role Responsibility

You will work closely with your senior stakeholders to shape the  People priorities which align to, and support the overall strategic and people objectives of Turning Point. Working in collaboration with the business leaders, to enable the development, execution and governance of the respective business strategy and plans.  You will foster strong working relationships and draw upon the functional specialists and HR Operations team, to deliver against the people plan to enable delivery of business strategy. You will anticipate, help to design, and facilitate organisational change & transformation to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Effective Stakeholder Management  - stakeholder & relationship management, along with functional collaboration and partnering to influence the delivery of the people programme
  • Effective Use of Data & Insight  - Making best use of our HR systems to have business impacting, insight led decisions.
  • Effective communication -  challenging and supportive, presenting and facilitating, establishing rapport, working across all levels of Turning Point and handling challenging situations
  • Business, Commercial & Financial Acumen  - Understanding business drivers and priorities, recognising and challenging commercial value of our programmes and activities
  • Effective Change & transformation  - Winning hearts and minds through effective facilitation, implementation and embedding  activities
  • Delivery of positive outcomes - translating ambiguous circumstances into clearly defined outcomes, modelling personal accountability, engaging others in identifying and committing to solutions and outcomes
