Our Herefordshire service is a new fully integrated adult service delivered by Turning Point from April 2021. There is a focus on partnership working throughout the service to support those in the local community who need assistance to achieve their goals. We will deliver treatment and support across the whole of Herefordshire ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to recovery in this exciting new service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Implementation and Transformation of our brand new whole Herefordshire integrated substance misuse recovery service.

The post advertised is a grade 5 and we would consider applications from grade 3 and 4 individuals with relevant partnership, management and leadership experience. 

Role Responsibility

Raising the bar for people-centred care, you'll act as the manager during the implementation and transformation phase of the new substance misuse service. You will be the day-to-day lead and support for staff, service users and wider stakeholders in relation to the implementation of the new service.

As part of a wider implementation team you will be involved in all aspects of the service launch. Outstanding communication skills are a must as is the ability to form external and internal relationships quickly.

Acting as an agent for change by demonstrating Turning Point’s values you will be the face of Turning Point in this new Service.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is confident and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, who understands project planning, and has a passion for turning models and visions into reality. 

A thorough understanding of our treatment models, governance framework and a can do attitude are essential.
