HR Systems Analyst

Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Job Introduction

What does it take to become a leading health and social care organisation in the UK? It takes people who can turn lives around every day – providing encouragement, delivering innovative services and generally improving life for individuals with a learning disability or those affected by drug or alcohol misuse or mental health problems.

But it’s not just our front-line teams that make a difference. So do the dedicated professionals who work behind the scenes to support the vital work we do. And that’s where you can come in.

We are now looking for a HR Systems Analyst on a FTC for 12 months to join our team here at Turning Point.

Role Responsibility

Reporting into the HR Systems Manager you will work closely with Operations Managers alongside the wider HR systems team.

A key responsibility of this new role will be to review and update the establishment management process and ensuring its adoption by the whole business. This will involve developing training materials through collaboration with Operations Manager and the People Services team to create a lean process with high quality supporting documentation.

This role will also provide project support to the HR Systems team for ongoing projects in that team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, that can effectively liaise, persuade and influence key stakeholders. This is an ideal role for someone who has an analytical mindset and a genuine passion for delivering change and improvements.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working with HR Systems and an appreciation of the importance of a clearly defined establishment management process.

This is a specialist role that requires previous experience of gathering, analysing and improving data with previous experience of working within a HR Systems analyst type role.

This role is an interim position and would suit someone who is immediately available.
