Role Responsibility
As the Group Lead you will be based in IMPACT, across the three hubs; Swindon, Trowbridge and Salisbury. You will be working under the direction, supervision and support of the Psychologist in the service.
Your role will specifically involve;
- Coordinating, supervising and supporting the implementation and delivery of psychosocial group interventions
- Delivering training for the teams to ensure that these interventions are delivered to a high standard
- Ensuring completion of outcome measures in a timely way
- Getting feedback from staff and clients on group material, and
- Supporting internal and external audits and inspections as needed.
