A new opportunity has arisen for a Content Marketing Coordinator to plan, create, and promote meaningful content for a major national brand as part of a new Rightsteps partnership.

This is a home-based role, with some travel to London and the Midlands required monthly.
It is a16-month FTC with a possibility to be extend or be made permanent.
Role Responsibility
As Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll scope, plan, and deliver marketing content, working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager, to build an engaging online platform and execute innovative campaigns.
You will do this by:
- Content Planning. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Key Clients to plan out content to meet their goals.
- Content Development. Create a wide range of clinically validated branded content across multiple channels and formats, to drive high engagement, resulting in demonstrable better mental health outcomes for customers. Includes copywriting and editing, design, and creation.
- Campaign Delivery. Deliver campaigns for clients that drive engagement with their health and wellbeing offering, reporting on performance, and optimising based on insight.
- Digital Engagement. Manage website content for a range of clients, including creation, upload, SEO optimisation, design, and reporting.
- Social media. Aligned to brand strategy, recommend online engagement approaches, including across social media channels.
- Client Support. Help with any tactical client requests for content or communications to engage their people with their health and wellbeing offering.
- Sales Support. Help with the creation of a wide variety of materials to support the sales team with client acquisition and retention.
- Market research. Conduct market research and stay on top of trends and opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
This area of Turning Point is fast paced, and always changing to adapt to the needs of our audiences.
To be considered for the role you will need to have previous experience of working in content creation or marketing.
Mental health and wellbeing experience is a plus but not essential.
You will have experience of using content to drive marketing campaigns and be comfortable working alongside key clients and stakeholders. Outstanding copywriting skills are essential, coupled with the ability to write engaging copy in a short time frame. You will be comfortable with CMS systems and be able to upload content to websites.
You will also be a reliable team player that responds well to a varied workload and plays a pivotal role in engaging customers through content marketing.
