We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Applications Analyst to join our team. The role is based in Manchester with hybrid working.
Role Responsibility
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Management of incidents and problems for business support applications (e.g. Finance) ensuring timely resolution
- Capturing business requirements to ensure applications content is aligned with business need
- Support development team in functional and application testing to ensure seamless transition to production environment
- Ensuring application patching is undertaken and actively managed to optimise application availability
- Ensuring that vendors deliver to SLA to resolve incidents and problems with applications
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Be willing to challenge stakeholders over processes that are in place in order to strive for constant process improvement
- Have strong communication skills and be able to build instant rapport
- Have knowledge of Finance applications
- be an ITIL Foundation certificate holder or willing to study towards
- Have advanced Microsoft office skills
