Job Introduction

Specialist Complex Support Workers wanted in Bolton!

Are you willing to advocate and be a voice for adults with learning disabilities?

Do you want to work somewhere where every day is different?

Are you flexible, adaptable and able to think on your feet in difficult situations?

Do you have a passion for supporting people to live their lives to the fullest?

Do you have excellent communication skills, the ability to read non-verbal cues and the understanding that all behaviour is communication?

If you have answered a big YES to these questions, we would love to hear from you.

This opportunity is to join our team who support five fantastic individuals in their own flats and out in the community. The people we support live with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours, and they require specialised support and consistency with every aspect of their life.

  • A great team player with lots of energy
  • Someone who can follow routines and guidelines that meet the needs of the people we support
