Administrator

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic Business Development Team. 

This team creates innovative service offers and writes compelling bids across multiple sectors, including substance use, mental health, public health and learning disabilities. 

We’re seeking someone who can thrive in this fast-paced and diverse environment and provide broad administrative support to contribute to the success of the team.

Role Responsibility

This role provides a chance to thrive in a dynamic professional setting with diverse challenges. Key duties include monitoring procurement portals for growth and retention opportunities; keeping company profiles, credentials, and supporting documents current and well-organised; and liaising with internal stakeholders and decision-makers to share relevant opportunities and updates. 

You will record minutes, manage documents, support with contracts administration, conduct property searches, and maintain detailed records of property developers, agents, and investors.

Other duties include organising calendars, booking travel, and scheduling meetings to support the efficiency of the wider team.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a reliable, confident, self-motivated person to support our busy team and work programme. 

You will have experience in workload management, prioritisation, and communication, along with excellent literacy skills for business correspondence. 

Proficiency in MS Software and effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders are essential and experience with procurement portals and processes is beneficial.
