Administrator - Medway

Job Introduction

As an Administrator, you’ll make a real difference to their lives as you develop the personal, flexible and realistic support packages they need to help turn things around. Passionate about people, you’ll enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own life too, as you make the role your own as part of a friendly and multidisciplinary team.

Role Responsibility

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the services objectives and maintain effective service delivery. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Co-ordinating the referrals and assessments processes and booking appointments
  • Processing accurate and timely prescriptions
  • Booking medical appointments
  • Minutes for the service, with an emphasis on clinical based governance
  • Database and Excel spreadsheets data entry
  • Monitoring performance data
  • Supporting reception when needed
  • Supporting the wider team with general Administration and ad hoc tasks on a daily basis.
  • Booking appointments on Outlook calendars

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, welcome service users and provide high quality administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, etc.
