Administrator - Medway

Job Introduction

Fixed Term Contract – Up to 6 Months (Possible extension to Permanent)

As an Administrator, you’ll make a real difference to their lives as you develop the personal, flexible and realistic support packages they need to help turn things around. Role Responsibility

Raising the bar for people–centred care, you’ll provide support to the Management, team of Recovery Workers, the Clinical Team and the Service as a whole. You will be responsible for carrying out day to day administration duties including covering reception, data entries, producing and managing prescriptions, minute taking and a host of other admin related duties.

The Ideal Candidate

Our Administrators need to have excellent time management skills, and be able to manage their daily tasks. You will need to have some degree of understanding of substance and alcohol misuse. You also need to be adept at using client information systems, NDTMS, and be able to deliver high competency around data recording. The working hours are 37 per week and some late night and weekend will be required.
