Administrator - Medway
Fixed Term Contract – Up to 6 Months (Possible extension to Permanent)
At Turning Point, we support people across the UK with substance misuse issues. As an Administrator, you’ll make a real difference to their lives as you develop the personal, flexible and realistic support packages they need to help turn things around. Passionate about people, you’ll enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own life too, as you make the role your own as part of a friendly and multidisciplinary team.
Raising the bar for people–centred care, you’ll provide support to the Management, team of Recovery Workers, the Clinical Team and the Service as a whole. You will be responsible for carrying out day to day administration duties including covering reception, data entries, producing and managing prescriptions, minute taking and a host of other admin related duties.
The Ideal Candidate
Our Administrators need to have excellent time management skills, and be able to manage their daily tasks. You will need to have some degree of understanding of substance and alcohol misuse. You also need to be adept at using client information systems, NDTMS, and be able to deliver high competency around data recording. The working hours are 37 per week and some late night and weekend will be required.
