Your administration skills will make a real difference to the lives of people we work with. As an Administrator with Turning Point, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support across our teams providing support to individuals in their own homes with a learning disability so that they can focus on delivering person-centered services that enable the people we support to achieve their full potential.
Where will I be working?
You will be primarily based at the office in Burseldon but will be providing administrative support to our services across Hampshire and Wiltshire. On occasion you may be expected to provide support on site at our services in Fareham, Tadley and Salisbury and therefore it is essential that you drive and have your own vehicle.
Role Responsibility
What will I be doing?
Making sure everything runs smoothly at the heart of our learning disability services, you’ll support the operation from our Burseldon office. This will include answering telephone calls, maintaining accurate records and helping continual focus on improving performance.
This rewarding and varied role will support our service managers through a variety of administrative tasks - from generating and processing invoices to dealing with newsletters, travel, accommodation, post, stationery, petty cash, minute-taking as well as visiting the people we support with learning disabilities in their own homes to audit their financial records.

What skills and qualities do I need to have?
We’re looking for a confident communicator who knows how to prioritise a varied workload; somebody who can welcome the people we support and also provide wide–ranging administrative support.
You must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and gather management information, and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be highly organised and a real team player, with keen attention to detail, and a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel.
