Accounts Receivable Administrator

Role Responsibility

A unique opportunity has arisen to join Turning Points Central Finance Team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator, based in The Exchange Manchester.

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager you will be part of a small team responsible for the collection of grant and contract funding, and the resolution of complex account queries.

We are located in the heart of Manchester and are within close proximity to transport links. You will be required to work at our main office in Manchester, however due to current circumstances; you will be working from home and will be equipped with a laptop and the necessary external drives etc to work remotely.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to be accurate and well organized with at least 3 years accounts experience working with high volume transactional processing and account reconciliations. You will be a confident and reliable individual with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts and who displays the enthusiasm and motivation to pick up the role with full support and training from the team. You will preferably be working towards AAT Qualification.

With a working knowledge of accounting processes, including prepayments and accruals, you should have excellent IT and MS Office skills and experience of using standard finance accounts software.
