Role Responsibility

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator within the Finance team at Turning Point, Manchester on a fixed term 6 month contract.  You will work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure that all invoices and payments are processed on behalf of the business in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for dealing with queries both internally from our services and central departments and externally from suppliers and other external bodies.

The Ideal Candidate

As you will be responsible for the processing and integrity of financial data, you will need to be accurate and well organised and be comfortable to challenge assumptions where required. Experience of invoice entry, statement reconciliations, P2P processes, working to deadlines and effective communication skills are essential.

You will be a confident and reliable individual who displays the enthusiasm and motivation to pick up the role with full support and training from the team. There will be an opportunity for some hybrid working between the city centre office and home.
